I am missing a few autographs (my favorite Dream player K. Mann being one) from my founding fans t-shirt and the plan is to get it framed once it's completed. After last nights game against Indiana there was an autograph session @ Headlines Bar & Grill. However, one needed a voucher to get in.
Does anyone know who to get in contact with for one of these?

I don't know who to contact but I'll tell you how I got mine on Friday.
I was sitting courtside (not my regular seat LOL) and the people next to me work for a company that has a suite but I guess were moved or were able to be moved to the floor. Near the end of the game they were given autograph session passes. I asked if they had an extra one, could I please have it and they gave one to me.
Lovelace and Haynie were at the session, which was not crowded at all and I didn't even see the people I sat next to. Was there more than one session?
I was planning to go to the session they were having at an appearance in Suwanee on Saturday but I couldn't make it out there in time.

Dream staffers randomly hand out vouchers to people around the arena before, during; right after a game. If you're a season ticket holder, some times your personally assigned ticket agent will get you one if they happen to see you in the arena.

I was able to attend the post-game autograph session for Sundays game (Feenstra & Nnamaka were there). This has given me hope as I was able to speak with Dream staff members and they basically said what scarab mentioned...(if you are a season ticket holder)get in touch with your account rep, find out what they look like if you don't already know and check with them if you see them at the game. Unfortunately, it's a rotation of players that isn't given out before hand so if you're looking for a certain player it's hit and miss until the next big autograph session. I hope this thread has been helpful to everyone with missing names on their t-shirts, basketballs, etc.

Feenstra and Nnamaka were pleasant. Feenstra signed w/a bible verse, Jeremiah 29:11 (if I am reading her handwriting correctly), a verse which seems quite fitting for her and the team...

I you are a season ticket holder you should have your account rep email. Email he/she and they can give you some. I just found out that they gave these away and I emailed my rep and she said she would come by and give me some. They know your seats. I'm thinking as a season ticket holder we need to be getting some perks

OK tell me what you guys think about this....E-mailed my rep and received an interesting reply. There was a point made of saying that vouchers are "mainly for the kids" and autograph sessions are for season ticket holders.....HMMM....so are there autograph sessions going on throughout the season that us season ticket holders don't know about??? No. As of right now our calendar is pretty empty.....maybe my rep wasn't trying to come off negatively but something about that was slightly bothersome.

No. As of right now our calendar is pretty empty.....maybe my rep wasn't trying to come off negatively but something about that was slightly bothersome. I don't know about any additional autograph sessions outside of the post-game sessions and the player appearances at public events (i.e. Praise In the Park). I, as a season ticket holder, found out about these opportunities through word-of-mouth, not through the org. Seems like maybe a communication disconnect between season ticket holders and the org? "Mainly for kids"---well, for all of those many season ticket holders without kids, that seems out of sorts. I don't know if that's what your rep really meant, but who knows. I expect that things will be smoother next season, but from a PR standpoint, it's too bad they are not smoother this year, and I hope it doesn't come back to bite them in '09. AFF

The "mainly for the kids" comment is what threw me. I don't know if it was meant as a side bar fact but since it was followed with the comment that we as season ticket holders have autograph sessions I could only take it as saying "yes, there are post-game sessions but we usually try to give the vouchers out to kids". Which as you said makes no sense for the season ticket holders who don't have kids.
There is a huge gap in communication and it bothers me. We definitely need to get things together before the end of the season. I'd like to be able to recommend season tickets to friends but as they saying goes "when someone has a good experience they will tell 1 or 2 people, when they have a bad experience they will tell 10"...The staff needs to consider this.

If these (or any) autograph sessions are for season ticket holders - they should let you in by virtue of the fact that you can show your ticket or season ticker holder ID card. the one time I tried to go up the escalator after a game the usher person told me I needed a voucher.
Totally in agreement with the statement that communication to the season ticket holders is not very good. Even the appearance schedule (sparse as it seems to be) is not well communicated - I have found out about more appearances after the fact when they post picturees than before so that we could try to attend.

I noticed this also. I'm not sure the calendar on the site is up-to-date with all that goes on with the team. I know we have a dedicated website guy (Jason--who does a very good job) but anyone who has ever tried maintaining a website on their own knows it's time consuming. We need a dedicated website team to help Jason so everything is updated constantly (pictures, calendar, etc).
