April, I hope that someday your dreams come true and you make it to the WNBA -- even if you don't play for the Dream. --Pet

Good Luck to you April. Always network. I did not have the WNBA available to me when I was in high school playing ball, so I kinda took my resources for advancement for granted. I encourage you to meet as many coaches as you can during your AAU sessions. Then go to a lot of college basketball games and stick around and meet people. Go to Basketball camps and meet more coaches and some of the guests that they may bring in. Sometimes it is all about who you know. I met some people along the way and I could have gotten a full scholarship to a fell college because the coaches I had met kept up with me and was asking and writing for my tapes. When you get to college keep networking and go to a lot of WNBA games and meet the coaches. Eventually they will remember you and it is always good to be remembered. Trust Me On THAT!
