Yeah...I was wondering who was going to be traded. They'd been talking for a few days now over at Rebkell that a Dream trade was in the works...so I was waiting to see who it would be. Not sure how I feel about it yet. It's on Our Sports Central too.

So I wonder then if they are going to use the 2009 2nd round pick to get someone else for this season.

yeah, but not at all what one poster was claiming to have happened. I really wonder if this was the best move for Atlanta. Is a late (if Seattle improves) second round pick that valuable? Isn't it almost like having a third round pick? If I offer a rack of balls, can I trade with the Dream? I think we know that MM loves to trade, but c'mon she doesn't need to keep trading. It isn't like this year, where the draft was supposed to be deep. So in essence, Meddors got Nnamaka and 2 second round picks for Wauters, Atunrase and a second-round pick...........

You are forgetting San Antonio's 2009 first round pick which was also in that trade deal for Wauters

My concern is "what's Ivory Latta going to think?" Latta and Little were teammates at UNC for a long time.

yea...not sure how trading Little at this juncture is supposed to help. She was streaky - but she has the ability to play tough and contribute. It will be interesting to see if we get anything this year for it.

We are trading Little and I hope there is a plan behind this trade. Camille gets out there and gives it her all and I think she could very well become a key player for the DREAM. Are we forgetting this is our first season and we need time to jell.

...so we trade her for virtually NOTHING and we're already short a few players... BRILLIANT (sarcastic)

I'm really disappointed in this trade. Camille was under used. What is Coach Meadors thinking? I'm starting to really lose faith in the decision making of our coaching staff.

maybe this was done to open up a roster spot.....and to get at least something in the process.... something that simply waiving a player wouldn't have accomplished...... if so any idea who they plan on filling it with?.... or do they think that they can trade for a better player than little with a measly second rnd draft pick....
i have no idea what they're doing at this point....

Just when you think the coaching staff can't make another bad decision...they do. I really hope Meadors has a good plan up her sleeve. When C. Little steps on the court she plays hard, we needed that effort...

I was just doing some research on that very question...you know, Carla Thomas never got picked up by anyone else... who else is out there?
