We're 2-1 against the Mystics, so we're "technically" in 3rd place! Woo-hoo!

Lehning had 9 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.
Izzy had four steals, four assists, and 17 points.
Old verities are being challenged.
But, of cousre, it's only one game.
And not all the verities were challenged. Claw had 21 points, Lyttle had a double-double, and DeSouza, in limited playing time (?) had eight points and six rebounds.
All looks kind of hopeful!

You're right, Jaye - and technically - we're in SECOND place. We have a 4-2 combined record against the Mystics and the Sun. (Washington's combined record is 2-2, Chicago's is 1-3).

It sounds like this was a great team win! Looking at the box score, it sure appears that all the starters and most of the bench were very solid and that is what it takes to win consistently.
I think the team is finally developing the level of chemistry that they will need in order to come out on top in tight games. Go Dream!!!!!!!

If MM is not going to play T, why doesn't she release her. She is too good to be sitting on a bench the entire game. This is crazy.

lsf, I couldn't agree more. The Dream got the win. I'm pleased. But to have talent sitting on the bench is stupid. I hope she does release her. I'm sure there are teams out there that would appreciate her talent. Tamera, you deserve better...
