Thanks, Jaye. I know that must hurt! ;^)
No joke. It wasn't that long ago that Shalee was still walking around with sling, and I'm sure that impacted her ability to get into any kind of game shape or to sharpen her skills. I suspect she's playing her way back to where she needs to be. It's taking awhile.

hey peeps...just got home from Philips Arena (hung around to talk w/some peeps). It was a close game most of the time...and we got slack right there at the end but managed to pull it out.
Jumbo-tron announce over 6,000 in attendance (can't remember the exact number)...riiight....attendance still down. But let me tell you that the ones that were there were into the game....warmed my heart during the last minute of play to have everyone yelling "Let's Go Dream" over and over together until the buzzer sounded.
Yes Holdsclaw had her supporters there...but I head some boos for her as well (including my usher...lol...love that guy...sweetheart and takes care of me and all the STHs in his sections).
I'm sure the Hammonites are upset we kept their girl from having too much of an impact.

I can't chime in with much... was on day 14 of a 14 day vacation so was relying on the WNBA app on my phone to keep up with the score (and texts from some friends who were watching).
First off, I'm glad to see Shalee finally have a strong game. I know she has struggled the last few games but I don't think many of you can find a problem with 10 points, 8 assists (4:1 assist/turnover ration), 3 rebounds and a steal. I have noticed her struggle with free throws this season and this is definitely uncharacteristic for Shalee. I have to wonder if the shoulder injury somehow has messed with her ft shooting. She also struggle with it during her freshman year of college but she worked through it and has been solid at the line ever since.
I was sure glad to see the rest of the team have a good game at the line - it was a big factor in this win. It appears that Angel had her groove back today - those of you who actually saw it can probably tell me more, but it seems like she has had some games where she wasn't really herself. I'm glad today went better for everyone.
Can't wait until I join you all in Phillips for a few games! Let's Go Dream!!!!

Angel has been fine IMHO, meadors just sucks as an coach, I really wish she would let Carol Ross handle it, since she still hasn't figured out what to do..
