Shes a great business woman for sure. Does she have any basketball background at all? No...and she doesn't need it. Those following the WNBA the last few years know the consensus #1 complaint among us fans was that there was no one in leadership w/what Richie brings to the table: "She was responsible for the organization’s brand, communications, publishing, marketing and web-based initiatives, and was the driving force behind the recent brand revitalization..." LOL..I wasn't questionning the choice. I just asked. It seems like the WNBA has a Kathy Betty running the place now and thats a very, very good thing.
