Pam McGee's son was drafted last night in the NBA draft by the Washington Wizards.
McGee played in the WNBA in, I think the 1997 and 1998 seasons and was an all-American at USC back in the Cheryl Miller era.
This is the first instance of a child of a WNBA player getting drafted by the NBA.

That is very cool. I played for a little while with Paula in the early 90's when she was in ATL in graduate school. That's got to be the first - i'm not sure anyone else has a child old enough except maybe Yo-Yo.
