I am becoming a big Lacy fan. I have watched her game steadily improve as the season has progressed. She is learning how to take the ball to the basket through a crack in the traffic.. a la Candice Dupree and is an emerging shot blocker. We all know she can shoot.
We sit close the team bench so we get to see the exchanges which take place between other players and the coach. She always LISTENS intently. I don’t know that I have seen her loose her composure yet. She is displaying some real leadership on the court too.
I was saddened to see Mann go, but due to blackmail, a no show, under achievement and injuries we were dropping into a deep hole at the post. Trades had to be made. The departure of Little and Mann put more pressure on Jennifer to perform, but I think she has the smarts, the skill and attitude to meet the challenge.

I agree with you that Lacy has definitely stepped up her game. This is just what Atlanta needs from its players.

? ? yea....i didn't get that either. my favorite two things about Lacy - she runs the floor like she means it and is quick to step up and take a charge.

Maybe I was a little harsh, but Wauters let it be known that she would not play for the Dream and she would play for the SASS so we had to trade her or she would have stayed in Europe.
