It's happening already.
Lindsey Harding is out! DeMaya Walker is out ... AGAIN!
The Monarchs were so counting on Walker with Griffith gone.
Who next?
Anyone know if anyone on the Dream has been bitten by the injury bug?
Well, as several have observed, some rookies and benchers might be getting an unexpected opportunity to show what they can do.

A heard a rumor that Chantelle Anderson is out for part of the season with a leg injury. Guess we'll find out today.

Both our Lynx point guards are hurtin', guess we'll have to play Ms. Wiggins!
She'll be fine, but (I)we'd sure like to have Haynie....
You lucky, lucky Dream fans, I hope you know what you've got!

Add Seattle's Janelle Burse to the list. At least they've got Yolanda Griffith, but she's been notoriously injury-prone the last few years.
I actually thought she'd be retired this year. Now it looks like she may be playing full time again.
Any news on Chantelle Anderson?

Now Shanna Crossley! And the Monarchs waived Walker. I guess they couldn't keep her around with all those injuries she seems to attract now. And Alana Beard is out at least for the beginning of the season.
Is it just me, or is this year particularly bad for serious injuries?

Now DeSouza! And Castro-Marques is gone too, though for other reasons.
Remember at the beginning when we were complaining that Meadors had signed too many "bigs"?
Oh what a few cracked kneecaps and fractured legs can do!
