I think she can play she is just a little inconsistant...she has a lot of problems matching up with someone bigger need to learn to use her body more when in that situation ...but a decent player... inconsistent how? with the yo-yo effect she's experiencing this year - how it is possible to be up in stats? And, they've got her playing a 4...when she's a 6'1" 3-point shooter. She's big enough to play a power forward and does a good job defending post players even when she gives up 4-5 inches. She is the one player that seems to be able to communicate on defense and let others know what's going on. Last night she played very well inside in the "non-stat" categories of helping when other players got beat, actually blocking out once in a while, and being able to see players off the ball. I'm glad she got good minutes.

it was just a matter of time..... she dunks pretty effortlessly..... man..... she onehanded it off the dribble..... how in the world did we and the rest of the wnba allow for her to be paired with leslie.... it's not fair...... lol No kidding - and they got D-nasty back - life is not fair for us expansioners with solid post-play needs.

yea...not sure how trading Little at this juncture is supposed to help. She was streaky - but she has the ability to play tough and contribute. It will be interesting to see if we get anything this year for it.

here's my thing - if we aren't going to play BIG then why not work the 3 point shooters we have some - Strother, Mann, Latta, Lennox, Izzy. Our offense over all just doesn't look very confident. we always run the high post screen that just doesn't set anything up.

yea, that's what happens when b$ starts feeling like she needs to "step up" its not so much a step up as it is a selfish ball hog. that's always been her m.o. when she's on she scores - alot - that's why so many of her coaches keep her in. the problem is that she is one of the most inconsistent players in the league so when she's off...she kills her own team. She's the one that can go slash inside or pull up for the short jumper... Yes, absolutely. But what she doesn't do well is recognize when she needs to give up the ball to an open player. She bulls into 2-3 people consistently not realizing that other people are open. My point is that she plays recklessly and IMO makes bad decisions as a guard - it works when she's scoring it hurts us when she's not putting it in the hole.

Problem is that Meadors is the GM as well, and who steps into that role? Theresa Edwards?

Has anyone notice that Young is not existance in the 4th....this is when Lennox starts throwing up shots from everywhere yea, that's what happens when b$ starts feeling like she needs to "step up" its not so much a step up as it is a selfish ball hog. that's always been her m.o. when she's on she scores - alot - that's why so many of her coaches keep her in. the problem is that she is one of the most inconsistent players in the league so when she's off...she kills her own team.

ok...i'm having serious issues with some of the coaching decisions now...i am not one to complain about coaching - but there are some fundamental items missing (like play in the paint). the mystics are not overwhelming inside there is no way they should be owning us in this game
