i completely agree with Jaye. Sometimes some of the players the coach sub in are not a good fit for who is already is in the game. It just seems as though some players play better with other players and not everybody playing well with who ever is subbed in. Beats me. Meadors can find the right players with chemistry, we've gotten that far. Now comes figuring others into the equation when substitutions need to be made. i don't think meadors could find her..... no be nice jaye.... be nice....

Ok. I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but why did Kristen play only 1:46 tonight? Is she injured?

Ok. I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but why did Kristen play only 1:46 tonight? Is she injured? We were wondering the same thing while at the game tonight. I don't know what the deal was. She really needed to be out there on the floor...especially while Izzy was on the floor. Bring back the "General"!!

I support Lacy when she's out there doing her thing BUT I believe K. Mann needed to be in the game more than her last night. Wauters and Hammond were killing us with the same play and I think Mann could've at least helped shut down some of those pts and put a few on the board herself. If Mann is not injured, she NEEDS to be on the floor as much as possible. Allowing players to get more time on the floor to develop is important but not at the expense of a win.

if it were me...i would have pulled Lennox she was not "on" last night and when she isn't "on" she is detrimental to the team. Mann, Young, Lovelace, Latta and Little might be interesting for a change.

Two questions for tonight's game: 1) Will she or won't she start? 2) Will she or won't she get some real significant minutes on the floor?

Logical answers: 1) Yes, of course Mann will start. We need strong players to get us going. 2) Of course, Mann's presence is needed if Dream wants a win. She will definitely be on the floor at all times unless she is resting.
That is how a logical coaching staff would answer your questions considering the SA game.
OR
1) Mann will start, but she'll only be on the floor for 2 minutes as a fan teaser. 2) Significant playing time is overrated. Maybe when we're down by 20 in the 4th she'll get a turn in the 1-minute-of-play-then-your-out game.
This is the answer I've set myself up for. Slightly sarcastic but you've got to wonder what goes on in the coaching staffs heads.

Bring a coin, MM might need it to help her decide.

I think she can play she is just a little inconsistant...she has a lot of problems matching up with someone bigger need to learn to use her body more when in that situation ...but a decent player...

I think she can play she is just a little inconsistant...she has a lot of problems matching up with someone bigger need to learn to use her body more when in that situation ...but a decent player... inconsistent how? with the yo-yo effect she's experiencing this year - how it is possible to be up in stats? And, they've got her playing a 4...when she's a 6'1" 3-point shooter. She's big enough to play a power forward and does a good job defending post players even when she gives up 4-5 inches. She is the one player that seems to be able to communicate on defense and let others know what's going on. Last night she played very well inside in the "non-stat" categories of helping when other players got beat, actually blocking out once in a while, and being able to see players off the ball. I'm glad she got good minutes.

Well, tonight she didn't start but played 24 minutes lol. and even that was weird - because they announced her and lovelace as starters and then started lacy and feenstra. we were confused.

Well, tonight she didn't start but played 24 minutes lol. I was happy to see her get out and stay out on the floor. Noticed KM (as usual) helping direct on-court play both offensively and defensively. Her shot was off yesterday, but I forgive her.. she's still my favorite Dream player
